This year’s convention will once again take place at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, conveniently located on Nicollet Mall and just a short distance from an abundance of dining and entertainment options.

Standard Queen & King Rooms: from $148/night + taxes
“City View” (floors 10+) are available starting at $158/night + taxes
King Studios will be available for $178/night + taxes
Executive Suites will be available for $205/night + taxes

Suites are currently are being held for our room parties and are not available to the general convention public.

Fine Pricing Print

Rates are for convention attendees and staff. Price is for 1-2 people. 3rd and 4th will incur an extra $25 per night per extra registered person.
Parking fees are SEPARATE from your room charges.

Remember our main days for the convention in 2024 are Friday September 6th through Sunday September 8th. We have in the past pre-convention activity and badge pickup on Thursday September 5th and Dead Dog activities (subject to change) on Sunday September 8th. This may change because of covid policies and other things out of the convention control.

Important Update to Hotel Policy for Convention Attendees

As our convention continues to grow, we’ve updated our hotel policy. Starting this year, we’re requiring that the primary guest be registered with the convention. We’ve implemented this policy change to ensure that our convention attendees receive the best possible experience during their stay. By requiring the primary guest to be registered with the convention, we can better manage room assignments and ensure that all guests are able to access the amenities and services offered as part of our event.

To ensure compliance, the hotel department may contact guests via email to confirm attendance. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in either reservation cancellation or a change in the rate to the hotel’s standard (non-block) rate.

We define the primary room guest as either:

• a registered attendee or staff member
• a dealer with a submitted dealer application
• a parent of a registered attendee

We appreciate your cooperation and support in helping us make this year’s convention a success. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

Incidentals

There is an incidental $75 per night. This a temporary hold that is returned about a week after check out.

About Debit Cards

Note: we highly recommend NOT using a debit card to pay for your hotel stay.

When you check in, the hotel will place a hold on your card for the entire room amount plus incidentals based on the length of your stay. With debit cards, this hold can last days or weeks after checkout, and that amount in your checking account will be unavailable until the hold is released.

Additional Notes About Occupancy

Again starting rates are listed for 1 or 2 people, additional charges may apply for 3 or more.

Parking

Price of rooms do not include parking. Parking prices may vary. Up to date information about parking will be located here.

Room Parties

If you are planning to run a room party please get a reservation now. When room parties open up and if you are chosen your party to be in the block they will ask you for your room reservation confirmation number and you will be moved to the correct room type/block.
