This year’s convention will once again take place at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, conveniently located on Nicollet Mall and just a short distance from an abundance of dining and entertainment options.

Standard Queen & King Rooms: from $148/night + taxes
“City View” (floors 10+ facing downtown/north) are available starting at $158/night + taxes
King Studios will be available for $180/night + taxes
Executive Suites will be available for $205/night + taxes
Park Suites will be available for $248/night + taxes
Suites are currently being held for our room parties and are currently not available to the general convention public.

Rates are for convention attendees and staff. Price is for 1-2 people. 3rd and 4th will incur an extra $25 per night per extra registered person.
Parking fees are SEPARATE from your room charges.
As of March 1, 2025, the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is now fully cashless. This means that only credit and debit cards will be accepted for check-in, MPLS Market, Prairie Kitchen & Bar, and any Hyatt-operated food and drink outlets in convention space. Contactless methods, such as tap, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, will also be accepted at most of these outlets.
Remember our main days for the convention in 2025 are Friday September 5th through Sunday September 7th. We have in the past pre-convention activity and badge pickup on Thursday September 4th and Dead Dog activities (subject to change) on Sunday September 7th. This may change because of covid policies and other things out of the convention control.
To ensure that our convention attendees receive the best possible experience during their stay, we require that the primary guest be registered with the convention. By requiring the primary guest to be registered with the convention, we can better manage room assignments and ensure that all guests are able to access the amenities and services offered as part of our event.

There is an incidental $75 per night. This a temporary hold that is returned about a week after check out.
Note: we highly recommend NOT using a debit card to pay for your hotel stay.
When you check in, the hotel will place a hold on your card for the entire room amount plus incidentals based on the length of your stay. With debit cards, this hold can last days or weeks after checkout, and that amount in your checking account will be unavailable until the hold is released.
Again starting rates are listed for 1 or 2 people, additional charges may apply for 3 or more.

If you are planning to run a room party please get a reservation now. When room parties open up and if you are chosen your party to be in the block they will ask you for your room reservation confirmation number and you will be moved to the correct room type/block.
