Pricing

Prices for 2026 are: $120 for one table (10′ x 10′ space) and $280 for two tables (10′ x 20′ space). Multiple tables may be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please note these prices do not include power or internet. Power and internet can be purchased directly from the hotel via Encore.

The price of a Dealers Den space does not include an attendee badge. You must also have a con attendee badge to sell at the Dealers Den.

Apply to the Dealers Den

How to Apply

Applications for Dealers Den are handled through ConCat at the link above or under Applications > Dealing in your ConCat account. Please fill out the application and select the area(s) you are interested in.

The first round of applications will be accepted until April 15, 2026. Our panel then reviews all the applications and selected dealers will be notified by April 30, 2026. Any applications received after the deadline will be processed on an availability basis.

Currently there is no special hotel block for dealers. However, our hotel does not have any fees or costs to hold a reservation. Therefore, we highly recommend reserving your room now, even if you are not yet accepted to the Dealers Den.

Food and Beverage Sales Policy

Vendors are not permitted to sell, distribute, or provide food or beverage items that may conflict with the hotel’s catering and corkage agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, prepackaged snacks, bottled drinks, or any consumable product unless explicitly approved.

If your merchandise includes food or beverage items, you must notify Dealers Den staff in advance. Approval will only be granted if the item does not violate our contract with the hotel.

Mature Market

Will there be a Mature Market at the Dealer's Den?

Yes, it will be a contained space within the larger Dealer’s Den.

Is a government-issued ID required for entry to the Mature Market?

Yes, and it must show that you are legally an adult.

Can I use my Attendee Badge to get into the Mature Market?

No, to get into Mature Market you must have a government-issued ID showing you are legally an adult.

I forgot my ID in my room but I got into the Mature Market before. Do I have to show my ID again?

Yes, you must display your ID each time you wish to enter the Mature Market.
